  2. Perform a daily search of Loopnet, the subscription based National-Global on-line investment multiple listing service.

  3. Perform a daily search of Propertyline.com, the subscription based on-line investment multiple listing service.

  4. Advertise your exchange needs in various medias at our expense.

  5. Targeted mass mailings to owners of the property type and size you are looking for describing your specific needs for exchange property, available equity, and time requirements.

  6. Contact other brokerage houses and other agents that specialize in the product type you are looking for.

  7. Locate property advertised as principles only and if the property meets your needs we step aside if the broker is unwilling to cooperate.

  8. Contact major escrow companies and major exchange accommodators for any available property they may know of.

  9. Contact reverse exchange companies for any available inventory, needing to be sold.

  10. Perform a daily search of other broker’s websites.

  11. Perform a daily search of the 7 region multiple listing service for acceptable property.

  12. Provide you with 30 day written updates including copies of the materials gathered.

  13. Contact our network of other brokers for their “pocket” or “may be available” listings.

  14. Give you first choice on any new product that we list prior to placing the property in
    the mass market.

  15. Perform a match of your need to owners we know want to sell but are unable (at this time) to give an exclusive listing.

  16. Monitor our daily incoming faxes of just listed properties from cooperating brokers.

  17. Monitor our daily mail of just listed properties from cooperating brokers.

  18. We search, we have others search and you can also search.

  19. Review commercial multi-product, MLS and CCIM sites for available product.

  20. We will perform the above 19 items until your exchange property is secured or the time period to exchange has concluded.
