- Principals Only: Locate property advertised as principals only, and if the property meets your requirements, we will then forward the information to you, the client, and step aside if the broker is unwilling to cooperate.
Reports
- Progress Reports: We will provide you with monthly written hard copy progress reports which will include copies of the exchange search materials.
- Exchange Analysis: We will provide you a complete financial analysis on any property that meets your exchange requirements.
