Mark Dobbs brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. He joins our firm with international banking experience and has worked with top tier investment banks such as Goldman Sachs International, and JP Morgan Chase in London, England.
Mark has extensive experience both nationally and in southern california for the acquisitions and sales of 75 + unit affordable multifamily properties during his previous tenure at a private equity firm in the Los Angeles area.
Mark brokered over $23,000,000 in multifamily properties during his first 18 months with Hanes Investment Realty Inc. Mark specializes in multifamily investment properties through Southern California, with an emphasis on institutional investment groups and private individuals. His strengths are comprehending market trends, the benefits of real estate investment, and underwriting and applying these concepts to an investor's overall portfolio.
Mark received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from San Francisco State University. He also attended Oxford University in England, University of Paris and the University of Wales Business School, at Swansea. He now lives in the Conejo Valley with his wife Shannon and two young children.
