Bryan started his professional life by managing a small business. This unique opportunity afforded him a rare opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of business management. He spent five years learning everything about how a business runs. Along the way he gained invaluable knowledge in management, accounting, marketing, advertising, event planning/promotion and human resources.
He grew up in the shadow of the Hanes Companies, and well-known real estate broker H. Bruce Hanes, his father. He has been involved in real estate since he was a child, from visiting various projects to reviewing development plans. By the time he was 25, Bryan knew that real estate was his passion and obtained his license. Using his background in sales, sales management and promotion has helped him to assist his client’s in meeting their goals whether it be buying a profitable investment or selling at the highest value possible. Bryan has successfully closed every transaction that he has been responsible for.
Bryan never settles for second best. He strives to be knowledgeable in all aspects of his career. In pursing this goal, he recently completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation program and is now a CCIM. CCIM is an affiliate organization of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). It is an international organization headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. To be come a CCIM, candidates must complete over 120 hours of classroom time, have closed over $10 million in transactions and pass a rigorous 6 hour examination. For those reasons, only 4% of the approximately 125,000 licensed commercial real estate professionals hold the CCIM designation. CCIM’s are specialists in the commercial real estate field. Working with a CCIM taps into a network of real estate professionals around the world that close $54 billion in transactions per year.
A partnership between Bryan, his brother Braemon (also a CCIM) and his wife Shannon has been formed. The partnership operates within the company of Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. By combining resources and knowledge, the partnership strives to leverage its talents to best serve its clients needs.
