Track Record of success

Braemon Hanes was born in Van Nuys, California. Following in his father’s footsteps he obtained his real estate sales license at age 23 and began his career as Director of Acquisitions with Hanes Properties, which owns and operates numerous larger multi-residential complexes in Southern California and commercial properties in Beverly Hills and Westlake Village. Hanes Properties is always in an expansion mode.

Having gained valuable transaction and personal relation skills as Director of Acquisitions and successfully securing a number of value added assets within a short period, Braemon eagerly accepted the opportunity to advance his career and become a part of the Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. marketing team.

As Senior Investment Consultant, Braemon embraces the company’s mission statement - “To assist owners in maximizing equity, cash flow and value” and maintains a professional and successful partnership between his older brother Bryan Hanes, and sister-in-law Shannon Hanes - a business within a business. This marketing trio has been successful in embracing their strengths and completing a multitude of transactions with an emphasis on building client wealth.

Braemon maintains a strong belief that knowledge is power and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation on June 20, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona by the CCIM Institute - an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). CCIMs are recognized as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and are among an elite corps of professionals across North America who hold the CCIM designation - the “Ph.D of commercial real estate”. CCIMs must successfully complete a graduate level curriculum totaling 200 classroom hours and are also required to document professional transactions and pass a day-long comprehensive exam. Only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is the most coveted and respected designation in commercial real estate.

The CCIM designation affords Braemon access to a business network that encompasses 1,000 markets and is a powerful force for meeting clients’ needs across town or around the globe. Through this real estate network - the largest in the world – CCIMs successfully complete 60,000 transactions annually representing $54 billion in value. His partner, Bryan Hanes, is also a CCIM designee.

Braemon currently resides in Thousand Oaks, CA and is himself an apartment owner.
