BRAEMON HANES obtained his real estate license at the age of 23 (1997).
Prior to joining Hanes Investment Realty, Inc., Braemon served as Director of Acquisitions at Hanes Properties, a fully owned subsidiary of Hanes Investment Realty, which owns and operates over 450-apartment units and commercial property in Beverly Hills and Westlake Village.
Having gained valuable transaction skills as Director of Acquisitions and successfully securing a number of value added assets within a short period, Braemon accepted the opportunity to advance his career and become a part of the Hanes Investment Realty, Inc. team.
Since joining the team, Braemon has personally been involved with over $150M in multi-family transactions in Southern California. While he maintains his focus in the multi-family assets class, he also has experience in commercial sales, retail leasing, property management and the sale of businesses.
Braemon maintains a strong belief that knowledge is power and was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation on June 20, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona by the CCIM Institute - an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
CCIMs are recognized as experts in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and are among an elite corps of professionals across North America who holds the CCIM designation - the “Ph.D of commercial real estate”. Only 4% of all commercial real estate practitioners hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is the most coveted and respected designation in commercial real estate.
The CCIM designation affords Braemon access to a business network that encompasses 1,000+ markets and is a powerful force for meeting clients’ needs across town or around the globe. Through this real estate network - the largest in the world - CCIMs successfully complete 60,000 transactions annually representing $54 billion in value.
Braemon is an active member of the California and National Associations of Realtors and is himself an apartment owner - adding to his real word expertise.
