Our 3-Level Training Program is the latest in the industry and combines tried and true business practices with
multiphased business coaching and development.
Our focus is on lead generation and sales skills. The training is conducted by H. Bruce Hanes, Todd S. Schwartz, Bryan B. Hanes, CCIM and Braemon M. Hanes, CCIM.
During your training period, your manager will accompany you on listing presentation appointments and be directly
involved in the negotiation processes which will greatly improve your chance to get up and running quickly. The goal
is to complete your training process as soon as possible and develop a skill set for continued success.
The training materials have been developed and perfected over a period of fifteen years by H. Bruce Hanes and Todd
S. Schwartz and have a proven track record of accomplishment. Many of the business basics go back to the
beginning of Mr. Hanes’s career some forty years ago. Basics and disciplines that are still effective in today’s market.
